ur of Virginia kicks off at the Roanoke Civic Center and is a partnership between the Governor's Motorcycle Advisory Council, the Virginia Hospitality and Travel Association and the Virginia Motorcycle Dealers Association with much support from the Virginia Tourism Corporation.
