Shenandoah Gift and Souvenir Show Vendors

Gift Show Dates/Times
The gift show is open to buyers during the following dates:
- Sunday, January 23, 2022 from 9 AM – 5 PM
- Monday, January 24, 2022 from 9 AM – 5 PM
- Tuesday, January 25, 2022 from 9 AM – 2 PM
Setup Dates/Times
You may set up your booth display on the following dates:
- Friday, January 21, 2022 from 9 AM – 5 PM
- Saturday, January 22, 2022 from 9 AM – 9 PM
Included in your Registration
- 10’ x 10’ carpeted booth (up to 4 booths available per Vendor)
- Complimentary breakfast and lunch served each day of the show
- Sunday, January 23, 2022 from 5 PM – 7 PM. An after-hours party for Vendors and Buyers. Light refreshments and beverages served.
- Monday, January 24, 2022. Show dinner for Vendors and Buyers. Menu announced at the start of the show. Please provide a head count of those attending by Sunday, January 23rd.
- Tables and chairs are available for rental (please provide an accurate count). There is an additional charge for extra tables and chairs requested after the registration deadline.

Refund Policy
- If the Shenandoah Gift and Souvenir show is canceled by the host property, all refunds will be granted within 30 days.
