The caverns and the American Celebration on Parade are spectacular places and the people that work there has a great knowledge about all they are talking about, besides being friendly and polite, if there is a place I want to visit again is that, and I have travelled a lot around the states.

We have been wanting to stop since 2006! Finally did today! Kiria was a wonderful guide very informative and answered all our questions! The Cafe has wonderful food! I will definitely be going back with the grandkids.

Our family lives only about an hour and a half from this amazing attraction and we will plan to come back soon. Cave tour was even better than Lurray and the Parade Museum is a national treasure!

Absolutely beautiful!
As a native to the area I grew up going to Luray Caverns, Shenandoah Caverns is better. The tour guides are highly knowledgeable and the tour is interactive. Beautiful and educational for ages 1 – 101. The staff is friendly and the gift store is fairly priced.

Please accept our thanks to Shenandoah Caverns as our Harvest Host! We were unable to tour since we did not arrive until after hours & had to leave in the early morning but we will try to come back. An absolutely lovely, beautifully maintained property with great lighting & level parking.

My family visited the caverns today and Kirk was our tour guide. He was a great guide and shared so much great information & knowledge of the caverns. He also was awesome. I highly recommend.

I love this cave! They have an EPIC 1931 Westbrook elevator. Also our tour guide Kyra was amazing. I am also a photographer and this is the only guided cave tour I have EVER been on where I did not feel rushed. I got some AMAZING photos here and really enjoyed the experience.

We two adults and kids ages 12 and 9 totally enjoyed our visit. Keira, the guide, was terrific. Also so interesting was the display of parade items and the stories behind each one.

I want to thank Mrs Ozborne and the staff for helping Paul and I have our dream wedding. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend having any event at the Yellowbarn! Thanks for the amazing experience!

A hidden gem worth seeing!

Carly did an amazing job explaining the history and pointing out the different features of the caves. One of the best in the area!

Our first thought was to go to other Caverns because of all the commercials. Then I saw the flyer for Shenandoah Caverns at our hotel and the clerk told us that all of the caverns are different, but Shenandoah Caverns has an elevator. Since I have MS, this was very important for me. When we got there, we were amazed by the beauty of the caverns. What made it even better was our tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. So glad I visited Shenandoah Caverns.

We had a ball taking the kids here to the caverns. It was so close off the highway that for a little stretch break in our long road trip to visit Virginia family, it was the perfect amount of time to spend there. Upstairs from the caverns is the craziest animatronic display room ever. All neon colored lights and creepy bears playing instruments…worth the stop for that alone.

This place was absolutely amazing! My mom and I went here yesterday and it was probably my favorite thing I’ve ever done! I’ll always remember it.

We had an amazing time! Really enjoyed the scenery and crystals. I had so much fun! There is a cute crystal shop and a small café. Prices were reasonable.

I enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend visiting the caverns, especially to someone with kids.

The pace was just right. The tour guide let us take many pictures to our heart’s content. She didn’t rush us at all. I would recommend you take a tour of the place when you’re in the area.

We really enjoyed the caverns. It has so many different formations than we’d ever seen in any other cave. Beautiful lighting throughout. This is a must see. Don’t pass it up!

The caverns were beautiful and our tour guide shared a lot of useful information and was open to any questions we had. Each and every staff member seemed as if they actually enjoy coming to their job and treated each guest so well! Hopefully we’ll be back for another visit!

Tons of fun! I love this. I’ve been wanting to visit Shenandoah Caverns for a while and it was totally worth it!

The elevator down to the caverns was great rather than the two flights of stairs, And probably 90% of the tour area was easily accessible by my wife and her walker. The guides were great. A relaxed and comfortable pace, perfect for us. It was a great tour, great tour guides, and beautiful sights. We weren’t even aware we walked over a mile!

The views you will see are incredible, but I don’t want to give away the magic inside! Check it out. I believe it was worth the money.

These caverns are awesome. The lighting is beautiful and Shenandoah Caverns are the cleanest caverns I have ever visited. Our guide was great and we loved the float museum and the animated figures too.

If you remember the elaborate window displays that used to be in department store windows, you’ll love this. Great family fun!

This place is amazing! And once your cave tour is over there is still SO much to do and see here. This will definitely be a place you’ll want to visit!
