Food Manager/Café Manager
Shenandoah Caverns has a very unique and historic 1957 Bastian-Blessing Soda Fountain that is the center piece of our Caverns Café. We are looking for a manager to handle inventory, food preparation, menu selections, and to train and work with personnel. Looking for someone with a flair of creativity and the ability to use fresh-sourced ingredients. Also, our Food Service Manager would need to be able to help coordinate special events, alongside our Events Coordinator, that occur in and around all of our attractions. (Parties, business meetings, trade shows, etc.)
Caverns Tour Guides
We’re looking for individuals who can conduct guided tours through our commercially-developed caverns. Shenandoah Caverns has a long history, having opened to the public in 1922. Tour guides could have as many as 4-5 tours a day during our busy season. Must have the ability to interact with visitors from all around the world. Each tour covers approximately 1 mile and takes about 1 hour.
General Maintenance
Shenandoah Caverns has been thrilling visitors from around the world for more than 100 years. We are looking to hire an individual interested in helping us maintain all of our attractions, including lawn care, general building maintenance and daily cleaning. We rank as one of our nation’s premiere tourist attractions and our general overall appearance is paramount to our success. Come help us maintain this historic Shenandoah Valley attraction.
